To Book for an Online or Telephone Interview

1. Time frame must be 30 minutes or less

2. Email to the above address use Book as subject

3. In the email  provide:

   1.  a brief introduction

   2. a list of times and dates you want to fill

   3. a brief description of topics you want to discuss

   4. a phone number for contacting you

4.  I will call you with a response and book the time

5. Payment will be expected within 7 days of booking or it will be cancelled. All payments are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by WTF-Working Thru Faith. 

To Book for an In Person Appearance or Interview

1. Time frame must be no greater than 30 - 45 minutes 

2. Email to the above address use Book as subject

3. In the email  provide:

   1.  a brief introduction

   2. a list of times and dates you want to fill

   3. a brief description of topics you want to discuss

   4. a phone number for contacting you

   5. a location of the appearance

4.  I will call you with a response and book the time

5. Payment will be expected within 7 days of booking or it will be cancelled. All payments are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by WTF-Working Thru Faith. 

To Book As a Speaker for an Event

1. Time frame for the booking will be set aside for the whole day

2. Email to the above address use Book as subject

3. In the email  provide:

   1.  a brief introduction

   2. a list of dates you want to fill

   3. a brief description of topics you want to discuss

   4. a phone number for contacting you

   5. a location of the appearance

4.  I will call you with a response and book the time

5. I must be able to sell my materials at these events. 

6. For long distance events lodging may be required as well. 

7. Payment will be expected within 7 days of booking or it will be cancelled. All payments are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by WTF-Working Thru Faith.
